The visitors center is a beautiful open-concept building. David's paintings will be hung alongside other local, professional artists through the winter months. All artwork shown at the visitors center is handmade by local artists that are jury picked. The artworks typifies the Peterborough experience and is reminiscent of our local flavour.

Wishing everyone a safe and Happy New Year. Thanks to all who came out and supported the local artists at the Kawartha Visitors Centre open house. Barb did a great job putting it all together. The show runs until the end of February. All paintings on my website have now been reduced in price for the new year. Feel free to email me with any questions or comments so we can build an active blog together. Hope to hear from you.
Also, I would like to congratulate Ann Dhingra who won an original oil painting from the draw we put together for the 'One Foot Square' show in August 2011. Her name was drawn in December as promised...I will be emailing you to let you know very soon Ann. Thanks for your support!

Starting April 1, 2012 at Peterborough's finest dining restaurant. I am proud once again to hang my fourth show at Parkhill on Hunter. This show is a collection of 18-20 of my 'One Foot Square' pieces that opened at the Kawartha Artists Gallery. The show was only open 1 day when pieces started selling. Please make a trip down to the restauant to see the show. There will be an opening on Monday, May 7th from 5pm to 8pm at Parkhill and all are welcome. I will have a piece on display during the opening and throughout the duration of the show that all will have an opportunity to win. Appetizers and light refreshments will be served to the public. Look forward to seeing you there.

Thanks to all of you who have gone down to Parkhill on Hunter and viewed my fourth artshow there. Thanks to those also who have supported me through your purchases...it keeps me going.This show is currently still hanging until further notice. Also going on at the moment; Solo artshow at Natas Cafe on George St. between Hunter and Simcoe for the month of July. Artwork on display at thee Twin Pines bed and breakfast in Peterborough and also 20 or more pieces that can be viewed at the Kawartha Visitors Centre on the Parkway. This solo show has been held over since November at the request of the co-ordinator and staff of the facility.
